along with having more style than anyone i’ve ever known and being cooler than everybody, my grandpa also shredded on the piano.

he died two years ago today, so i’ve put together a small file of some of my favorite songs from his band, the paul moer trio. if you know what’s good for you, you’ll click on this picture of him and download the songs.

this picture is a screenshot from THIS video of him playing with the paul horn quintet. his solo is at 2:42 just in case you want to make your day exponentially better by watching it.

no, i didnt take these on my iphone. this is the real version of instgram, it’s called ‘an actual camera’.

and here’s a little series that i might expand later. its just a cloudy, rainy point loman horizon and a red umbrella out of focus in the foreground. i might do 100 different photographs of this or something.
